Hosting a private event at Pottery Lab can be a unique and memorable experience for everyone. Whether it’s a birthday party, team building event, bridal shower, or any special occasion, the hands-on nature of pottery-making provides both creativity and fun. We offer a range of customizable event package to suit your needs. Whether you want a short introductory session or a more in-depth workshop, we can tailor the experience to match your group’s preference and skill level. To book your private event, please contact us at potterylabtoronto@gmail.com We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Pricing Information: Potter's Wheel Private Events: 5-8 People (per person) $95* Wheel & Hand- building Private Events: 9-16 People (per person) $90 Hand- building Only Private Events: 17-20 People (per person) $85 20+ People $1700 + $75 each person beyond 20 Cancellation Policy: • 10 days’ notice required ahead of event for refund or reschedule. • 5-9 days ahead of event - 50% refund, no option to reschedule. • No refunds or rescheduling with less than 5 days’ notice. * - 8 person minimum for a weekend event

Refund Policy • All courses are non-refundable. • We require at least one week’s advance notice to reschedule a course, regardless of the booking date. • There are no partial refunds for missed classes. • For 8-week sessions, we will try to accommodate two make-up class if you notify us at least 1 week in advance. • For 4-week sessions, we will try to accommodate one make-up class if you notify us at least 1 week in advance. • We are unable to offer make-up classes for specialty workshops, or the after school for Children.
