Private Events at Pottery Lab Hosting a private event at Pottery Lab is a unique and memorable experience for all celebrations. Whether you’re planning a birthday party, team-building event, bridal shower, or any special occasion, the hands-on creativity of pottery-making offers a fun and engaging activity. With our spacious studio, numerous pottery wheels, full tool access, and large work tables, we can comfortably host up to 30 guests — a rare feature in Downtown Toronto. We provide aprons and towels for all participants. In addition, enjoy complimentary charcuterie boards, beverages, and coffee, served during your event to keep everyone energized and refreshed. We offer customizable event packages to fit your group’s needs, from short introductory sessions to in-depth pottery experiences, tailored to your group’s preferences and skill levels. ✨ Free Delivery of Finished Pieces All completed pieces are glazed, fired, and delivered free of charge to one address of your choice within Toronto. ⸻ Book Your Private Event To reserve your date, please contact: potterylabtoronto@gmail.com ⸻ Pricing Wheel & Handbuilding Private Event — $95 per person Handbuilding-Only Private Event — $85 per person ⸻ Private Event Policies 1. Deposit     •    40% non-refundable deposit required.     •    Reservation confirmed once deposit is received. 2. Full Payment     •    Remaining balance due 4 business days before the event.     •    Late payment = automatic cancellation, deposit not refunded. 3. Cancellation     •    Up to 4 business days before: deposit non-refundable.     •    After full payment: no refunds. 4. Date Changes     •    One date change allowed per booking.     •    Request must be submitted at least 9 days before the event. 5. Arrival & Exit     •    Guests may enter 15 minutes before the start.     •    Must leave promptly at the end; cleaning staff arrives immediately. 6. Alcohol Policy     •    Only wine or light beverages allowed with prior approval.     •    Corkage fee: $50 per bottle; unpaid = no alcohol. 7. Guest Count     •    Minimum 8 guests; up to 30 guests accommodated.     •    Fees for absent guests are non-refundable.     •    Additional guests must pay on-site by card.

📝 Cancellation & Studio Policies Course Policies     •   Non-Refundable: All courses and gift cards are non-refundable.     •    Rescheduling: Must provide at least 1 week’s notice.     •    Missed Classes: No partial refunds.     •    Make-Up Classes:     •    8-week courses: Up to 2 make-up classes with 1 week’s notice     •    4-week courses: Up to 1 make-up class with 1 week’s notice     •    Exceptions: No make-up classes for Wheel Throwing, Date Night, Specialty Workshops, or After School Programs. ⸻ Private Event Policies     1.    Deposit: 40% non-refundable to secure booking.
