📝 Cancellation, Refund & Studio Policies

  •    Non-Refundable: All courses ,single classes and gift cards are non-refundable.
  •    Rescheduling: A minimum of one (1) week’s advance notice is required to reschedule a course, regardless of the booking date.
  •    Missed Classes: There are no partial refunds for missed classes.

Make-Up Classes
  •    8-week courses: Up to two (2) make-up classes may be accommodated with at least one week’s notice.
  •    4-week courses: Up to one (1) make-up class may be accommodated with at least one week’s notice.
  •    No make-up classes are available for:
  •    Wheel Throwing classes
  •    Date Night events
  •    Specialty Workshops
  •    After School Programs
  •    Mud Lab for Children

Private Event Policies
  1.    Deposit
  •    A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
  •    Reservations are confirmed only after the deposit is received.
  2.    Full Payment
  •    Full payment is due four (4) business days prior to the event.
  •    Failure to complete payment on time will result in cancellation, and the deposit will not be refunded.
  3.    Cancellations
  •    Up to 4 business days before the event: Deposit remains non-refundable.
  •    After full payment is made: No refunds will be issued.
  4.    Date Changes
  •    One (1) date change is allowed per booking.
  •    Requests must be submitted at least nine (9) days before the scheduled event date.
  5.    Arrival & Exit
  •    Guests may arrive up to 15 minutes before the event start time.
  •    Guests must exit promptly at the end of the event; cleaning staff will arrive immediately afterward.
  6.    Alcohol Policy
  •    Only wine or light beverages are permitted with prior approval.
  •    Corkage fee: $50 per bottle.
  •    Alcohol is not permitted without payment of the corkage fee.
  7.    Guest Count
  •    A minimum of 8 guests is required.
  •    Fees for absent guests are non-refundable.
  •    Additional guests must pay on-site.
