Service Description
✨ Studio Membership at Pottery Lab Requirements • Minimum of 6 weeks of pottery experience • Ability to work independently • Take one Taster class with us We offer two flexible membership options based on your schedule and studio needs: 🌀 Studio Casual – $189/month Ideal for hobby potters, choose the day that works best for you: Sunday Casual: (4-5 Days a month) • Access: Sundays, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM • Enjoy a full day to focus on your practice in a calm, creative space Monday Casual: (4-5 Days a month) • Access: Mondays, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM • A quiet start to the week for uninterrupted making Both options include: • One glaze firing shelf per month (up to 8” tall) • Use of studio wheels, tools, tables, wax, and house glazes • One personal storage shelf (80 x 50 cm) • Bring your own mid-fire (cone 6) clay — Tuckers or PSH recommended (other brands must be approved by the studio technician) 🔓 Studio Pro – $269/month Access: Unlimited studio time during all open studio hours! Pro Studio Membership Access • Includes 40 hours of studio time per month • Sessions are limited to 3 hours at a time • Hours do not carry over month to month • Members have 9 AM – 9 PM weekly access, except during scheduled classes and private events. • Class schedules and private events are posted monthly — pls plan your studio time as needed. Includes everything in Studio Casual, plus: • 2 kiln shelves glaze firing monthly • More time, fire, and develop your work at your own pace 🔥 Firing Details Firing is included based on your shelf allowance. Additional space is available as needed: • ¼ shelf: $13 • ½ shelf: $22 • Full shelf: $45 Height surcharge: Pieces taller than 8” (20 cm) will be charged $5 for every additional 4”. 🧪 Glazing Guidelines • Do not modify studio glazes. If anything feels off, please flag it to a team member. • You’re welcome to use your own glazes! Just test them first with a tile before firing. • Always keep the bottoms of your pots clean — any glaze drips may be charged a $10 cleaning fee. • Use a cookie or stilt if you’re testing a new or runny glaze. 🗄 Storage • One personal shelf is included with membership • Extra half-shelf: $25/month (subject to availability) • Please store all pieces on your shelf. Finished pieces must be picked up weekly to keep the space flowing for all members. • Unclaimed work or items left beyond 4 weeks may be discarded

Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy • All courses are non-refundable. • We require at least one week’s advance notice to reschedule a course, regardless of the booking date. • There are no partial refunds for missed classes. • For 8-week sessions, we will try to accommodate two make-up class if you notify us at least 1 week in advance. • For 4-week sessions, we will try to accommodate one make-up class if you notify us at least 1 week in advance. • We are unable to offer make-up classes for specialty workshops, or the after school for Children.
