Service Description

Membership Requirements     •    Minimum 6 months pottery experience     •    Ability to work independently     •    Completion of at least one Taster Class     •    3-month commitment ⸻ Membership Options 🌀 Studio Casual – $189/month Flexible options for hobby potters. Choose the day that suits your schedule. Sunday Casual (4–5 days/month) * Fully Booked *     •    Access: Sundays, 9 AM – 9 PM     •    A calm, uninterrupted day to focus on your practice Monday & Thursday Casual (4–5 days/month) * Limited Spot *     •    Access: Mondays & Thursdays, 9 AM – 9 PM     •    A quiet start to the week + a focused mid-week session All Casual memberships include:     •    1 glaze firing shelf/month (up to 8” tall)     •    Use of wheels, tools, tables, wax, and house glazes     •    One personal storage shelf (80 × 50 cm)     •    Bring your own cone-6 clay (Tuckers/PSH recommended; others require approval) ⸻ 🔓 Studio Pro – $269/month * Limited Spot * Unlimited access during all open studio hours. Pro Membership Includes:     •    40 hours/month (max 3-hour sessions)     •    Hours do not roll over     •    Access: 9 AM – 9 PM, excluding scheduled classes & private events     •    All Studio Casual benefits plus:     •    2 kiln shelves/month for glaze firing     •    More time and firing capacity to grow your practice ⸻ 🔥 Firing Included based on your shelf allowance. Additional space:     •    ¼ shelf: $13     •    ½ shelf: $22     •    Full shelf: $45 Height surcharge: $5 per additional 4” over 8”. ⸻ 🧪 Glazing Guidelines     •    Do not modify studio glazes — report issues to staff     •    Personal glazes welcome (test tile required)     •    Keep pot bottoms clean (glaze drips: $10 cleaning fee)     •    Use a cookie or stilt when testing runny glazes ⸻ 🗄 Storage     •    One personal shelf included     •    Finished pieces must be picked up weekly     •    Items left over 4 weeks may be discarded

Cancellation Policy

📝 Cancellation & Studio Policies Course Policies     •   Non-Refundable: All courses and gift cards are non-refundable.     •    Rescheduling: Must provide at least 1 week’s notice.     •    Missed Classes: No partial refunds.     •    Make-Up Classes:     •    8-week courses: Up to 2 make-up classes with 1 week’s notice     •    4-week courses: Up to 1 make-up class with 1 week’s notice     •    Exceptions: No make-up classes for Wheel Throwing, Date Night, Specialty Workshops, or After School Programs. ⸻ Private Event Policies     1.    Deposit: 40% non-refundable to secure booking. Reservation confirmed after deposit.     2.    Full Payment: Due 4 business days before event. Late payment cancels booking; deposit not refunded.     3.    Cancellation:     •    Up to 4 business days before: deposit non-refundable     •    After full payment: no refunds     4.    Date Changes:     •    One change allowed per booking     •    Request at least 9 days before the event     5.    Arrival & Exit:     •    Guests may arrive 15 min before start     •    Must leave on time; cleaning staff arrives immediately after     6.    Alcohol:     •    Only wine or light beverages allowed with prior approval     •    Corkage fee: $50 per bottle     •    No payment = no alcohol allowed     7.    Guest Count:     •    Minimum 8 guests     •    Fees for absent guests are non-refundable     •    Extra guests must pay on-site
