Courses • All courses & gift cards are non-refundable. • Rescheduling: minimum 7 days notice. • Missed classes: no refunds. • Make-ups: • 8-week course: max 2 with 7 days notice • 4-week course: max 1 with 7 days notice • No make-ups for Wheel Throwing, Date Night, Specialty Workshops, or After-School Programs. Private Events • Deposit: 40% non-refundable to reserve. • Full payment: due 4 business days before event. • Cancellation: deposit non-refundable; no refunds after full payment. • Date change: 1 change allowed, request 9 days before event. • Arrival: up to 15 min before start. Guests must leave on time. • Alcohol: wine/light drinks only with approval. $150 corkage fee. • Guest count: minimum 8 guests. Absent guests non-refundable. Extra guests pay on site.m
